Counter-Notification Procedure

If you feel your content was removed due to error, you may respond with a counter-notification that includes:

• Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
• A sworn statement of mistaken removal;
• Agreement to U.S. court jurisdiction;
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the content in question.
